City Hall of Radlin undertakes to ensure the availability of its website in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 4 April 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities. Availability Statement applies to website of the Radlin City Hall.

The website is partially compliantwith the Act of April 4, 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities due to non-compliance or exclusions listed below. Some of the technical solutions used may make it difficult to navigate or receive the content, some elements and materials may not contain the required elements, including text descriptions. The reason for the exclusion is in particular technical conditions.

Everyone has the right to request the availability of a digital website, mobile application or any element thereof. You can also request information to be made available using an alternative access method, for example by reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a film without audio description, etc. The request should contain the data of the person making the request, an indication of which website or mobile application it is about and the method of contact. If the requesting person reports the need to receive information by means of an alternative access method, he should also specify a convenient way for him to present this information. The public entity should implement the request immediately, no later than within 7 days from the date of the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall immediately inform the person making the request about it, when it will be possible to fulfill the request, however, this time limit may not be longer than 2 months from the date of the request. If ensuring digital accessibility is not possible, the public entity may propose an alternative method of access to information. In the event that the public entity refuses to comply with the request to ensure accessibility or an alternative method of access to information, the person making the request may file a complaint regarding the provision of digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or element of the website or mobile application. After completing the above-mentioned procedure, you can also submit an application to Ombudsman.

Building A:

There are two entrances to the building: from ul. Rymer and from the parking lot behind the building. From ul. Rymera driveway without architectural barriers, double-leaf external doors, opening inwards. In the corridor – a second swing door.

Entrance from the car park with stairs, not accessible for wheelchair users. Accessible handrail for people with mobility difficulties.

The office is located on the left side of the main entrance (from ul. Rymera). The entire building is available to those interested (with the exception of the secret office and cellars). All publicly accessible rooms can be used by people in wheelchairs (access to the upper floors by elevator). The building and all its rooms can be entered with an assistance dog and a guide dog Parking for the disabled – 3 positions marked with blue and a pictogram (one from Rymera Street, two from the car park). We provide services for the deaf – after prior signaling of such a need.

 

Building B:

There is one entrance to the building from the car park in front of the building. Entrance with stairs, not wheelchair accessible. The offices are located on the first floor of the building, access via narrow stairs. No elevator.
Possibility of summoning appropriate officials from Building B to public areas in Building A (through the office in Building A). Building B and all its rooms can be entered with an assistance dog and a guide dog. We provide services for the deaf – after prior signaling of such a need.

Building C:

There is one entrance to the building from the parking lot behind building A. Access to the first floor is via a ramp – rooms are accessible to people in wheelchairs (1st floor inaccessible – no elevator). A toilet for disabled people (including wheelchair users) is available on the partner’s premises. You can enter building C and all its rooms with an assistance dog and a guide dog. We provide services for deaf people – after prior notification of such a need.
